Include your phone model, app version and what happened. For a facility issue, include its name and city. Please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Finding nearby facilities
Allow location access to see nearby distances. You can browse the Wellington catalogue without location permission. Use filters to choose the amenities you need.
Correct or report a listing
Open a facility and choose its verification or reporting option. You can also email us about incorrect information or unsuitable photos. Community contributions are reviewed before publication.
Photos and contributions
Submit photos of the facility itself. Avoid identifiable children, other people and private information. A submission may remain pending while moderators review it.
Deleting your account and data
On iPhone, open Settings, choose “Delete my account and data”, and confirm. The server processes your deletion request. If you need help, email us; we may need information to identify your guest account securely.
Guest accounts are tied to the app installation. Deleting an account or reinstalling may prevent access to previous contributions.

Source-listed facilities are research leads. Availability, opening hours and access can change. Confirm details with venue staff.
